I wanted to share one of my favourite RC car actions, so, I thought to post a blog about it today. Well it's about my Traxxas Slash 4x4 Ultimate Edition kit and it's 10 feet high jumps on a Dutch skate park in the Netherlands, called Malieveld. By the way, ultimate edition trucks have alloy parts & have different toe in angles. So you might want to adjust that for high air jumps. You can find below my setup & an awesome Video of the jumps & drifts :)

To prepare my Traxxas Slash 4x4 rc truck...

• I installed a 20T pinion gear in it to be able to control the swing of the Traxxas Slash 4x4 in the air
• I used the stock Traxxas Slash 4x4 Spur Gear
• I change the default Slash 4x4 BFGoodrich tires to Anaconda tires
• I changed the default Slash 4x4 wheels to Jato chrome rear wheels
• I installed a roll cage to protect the inner components like my Velineon 3S ESC, Venineon Brushless 2500kv motor and the stock waterproof 2075 servo

I changed the tires to have less grip so I can skid around the skate park :) and change the wheels to give a good look to the truck. I must say, it was an awesome looking rc truck at that time. All the people were looking at it jumping around the skate park.

Now, lets cut the crap and see the real action of Traxxas Slash 4x4 Ultimate Edition at the local Dutch skate park called Malieveld in Den Haag, Netherlands ;-)
